01 Acceptance

By using our website or our games you agree to these terms and to the laws that apply where you live. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.

02 What we provide

Unabated Games Ltd makes mobile, web and PC games, including social casino style games. Our services may include in-game purchases, virtual currencies and social features such as card trading and player raids.

03 Your account

Some features need an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details private and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

04 Age requirements

Our games are intended for players aged 18 and over. By using our services you confirm that you meet that requirement, or that you have consent from a parent or guardian where your jurisdiction allows it.

05 Virtual items and purchases

Coins, tickets, energy, cards and any other in-game item have no value outside the game. They cannot be exchanged for real money, sold or transferred outside the features we provide. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where the law says otherwise, and store purchases are also subject to the refund policy of Apple, Google or whichever store you bought through.

We may change, rebalance or withdraw virtual items as the game is updated. If we shut a game down, virtual items may stop working, and we will give reasonable notice where we can.

06 This is not gambling

Falls of Fortune is a social casino style game. The coin pusher, the slot machine and every other mechanic in it are played for entertainment. No real money is wagered, no real money can be won, and nothing you win in the game can be cashed out.

07 How you use it

You agree not to:

use our services for anything unlawful
try to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another player's account
harass, threaten or abuse other players
use cheats, exploits, automation or modified clients
sell, buy or trade accounts or in-game items outside the game

08 Intellectual property

The games, artwork, characters, text, audio and software are owned by Unabated Games Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use our press assets to write about the game, on the terms set out on the press page.

Where this website names other games, it does so only to describe the kind of game Falls of Fortune is. Those names and trade marks belong to their respective owners, who have no connection to us. Falls of Fortune is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by any of them.

09 Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we do with it. It forms part of these terms.

10 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Unabated Games Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

11 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where the reason is not a serious breach, we will give notice and a chance to put it right. You can stop using our services at any time.

12 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections in your own country.

13 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game develops. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will say so in the game or on this site. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
